Useful projects need more than code. They need ways to preserve decisions, coordinate work, operate infrastructure, notice problems, and learn without starting from scratch each time.
We’re building tools for that work inside WebTree. The goal is to make useful capabilities available to other teams as they become ready to share.
Start with the work we actually do
Our current development includes application deployment, repository standards, content editing, knowledge management, and ways to track organizational signals and attention.
These components have different levels of maturity and availability. Each development note should make clear what exists, what can be inspected or reused, and what support is available.
The organization as the unit of intelligence
Our broader design treats the organization itself as the agent: people, AI systems, services, workflows, and shared knowledge working inside a common loop.
The organization notices a change, puts it in context, decides what deserves attention, chooses an authorized response, and learns from the outcome.
People retain responsibility for purpose and consequential decisions. AI can help interpret evidence and propose work. Known routines can become dependable playbooks, reducing the need to reason through the same problem repeatedly.
MakeLocal and 0CAD can keep their own work and data while exchanging specific capabilities through clear agreements. That larger architecture is still being developed.
Share useful parts; make the work sustainable
We intend to publish reusable components under clear licenses, document how they work, and make any usage reporting transparent and opt-in.
If there is demand, hosting, integrations, support, and enterprise capabilities may help fund continued development. The offer should grow from what other teams actually find useful.
Explore the components · Read the organization design · Discuss a reuse case
Current components
| Work | Current evidence | What you can do |
|---|---|---|
| repo-weaver | Public repository; working core with further primitives planned | Inspect the repository. Check its current license and instructions before reuse. |
| Application deployment | Internal Crossplane deployment capabilities | Discuss a scoped infrastructure use case. No public supported service is offered here. |
| Content Flow | Internal content editing, validation, and permissions work | Discuss a content workflow to compare with the design. |
| Knowledge and attention | Early internal signal and attention artifacts | Explore a research note; internal activity feeds are not public. |
| Federated organization | Architecture and implementation design | Read the public explanation. |
These tools receive real requirements from MakeLocal and 0CAD and return reusable capabilities to the projects. Public source, licensing, maturity, and support are separate claims. A repository link is not a promise of a supported platform.
